Survival-Skills.com and Ultimate Survival Skills has been created thanks to the help of a few people that deserve to be mentioned. One of them is David Green.

Being a 20 year old college student studying to become an Engineer. He lives in Southern Missouri and enjoys the Climate. He has a wonderful family that has its share of fun and qualities. He enjoys being in college be because at the end of the day, it means he can spend time with my family.

He grew up in a very cohesive military family. Everyone that he grew up with, besides the kids, went into the military to find there calling. Both his parents, three great uncles and his uncle served in the Navy. His adopted Grandfather served in the Army back when Korea was a big deal. While it was the family tradition to join the military, it wasn’t what he wanted to do. He found my calling exploring the intricate workings of the world.

His right brain settled on being an Engineer, while his left brain was set on being in the performing arts. Soon though he discovered that he liked sharing what he was taught by his parents with everyone else. Sharing important knowledge eventually turned into a part of this blog.

Why Survival-Skills.com Blog? He believes that everyone has their own idea about it means to survive, everyone needs a little help in preparing for events such as a Natural Disaster. This may not seem so important to some folks, but as a Youth living in Tornado Alley, being prepared may be the difference between Life and Death.

He moved to the Southern Missouri area, shortly before a devastating EF-5 tornado ripped through Joplin, MO. That day, everyone in the area learned the dire importance of being ready for what mother nature may throw your way. As if Joplin wasn’t enough, two more tornadoes ripped through Baxter Springs, OK and Oklahoma City, OK. This solidified the importance of being prepared to everyone in the area.

While being prepared for everything is hard to do, being prepared for even a natural disaster will give you an edge, in the event that you are thrust into a survival situation. His parents were ready when the tornadoes came. Maybe it was there military training, or maybe it was because they believed the only way to survive the unexpected was to prepare for the unexpected. ~ Please read carefully ~Nobody in life can give you a real guarantee, the same is true in life for things being “free”; however what I can give you is the knowledge and the know how, needed to give you a fighting chance.

For him this is not about getting rich, nor is about getting you to pay for something that you could find on the internet free. It’s about helping out as many Americans as he can and this is the easiest way to do just that. He believes himself to be rather Patriotic and what Patriot wouldn’t want to help his fellow American. The America he grew up in, people were not afraid of helping each other out.

He believes we are still that way even though we see a lot on the evening news that would lead you to believe otherwise. You are not going to get hard sells or long sales pages filled with fluffed up stuff – just real life case studies and recommendations based on what he has learned from military people. At any rate, thanks for taking time to read this and he hopes to see you on this Ultimate Survival Skills blog soon!
